Training and Workshops

In our trainings we operate with so called “Practical Forums”: it is the topics and concerns from the daily leadership routine of the participants themselves we work with. Characteristic for this working method is a mix of tools:

  • Short, psychology-based, informative inputs
  • Experience-orientated exercises
  • Self-reflexion tools
  • Peer coaching

Small groups and compact formats (usually 0.5 – 1 day) lay the foundations for efficient and effective learning. Of course, we design our trainings and workshops according to your specific needs.
