Actively Shaping Career Transitions

What can I do on my own to make things happen in my career, rather than waiting for circumstances to change?

Career Design Coaching is designed for curious, open-minded people who want to actively shape their professional future, discover new sides of themselves, and explore opportunities beyond the beaten path.

Typical reasons for seeking Career Design Coaching include

  • The desire for change

  • A change of direction

  • A career transition (returning to the workforce, mid-career, second career)

Especially during such phases, traditional career planning is often insufficient. This is because the goal is frequently not yet clear.

Moving from Reflection to Creation

Over the course of five sessions, we’ll work with a variety of prompts and proven exercises drawn from design thinking, positive psychology, and systemic coaching. Instead of rushing to find the one “right” answer, we’ll shape and explore the future step by step.

What Coachees say

“The exercises were designed in such a way that I could apply them to my own situation.”

“I was able to decide for myself how deeply I wanted to dive in.”

“The concrete steps drew me out of my comfort zone.”

A key outcome consistently described by participants: greater self-efficacy, renewed energy, and the confidence to shape their own professional development.
